this is a service request for a walk in freezer or walk in cooler only, you agree to terms Net 30 or COD as you already set up with, you agree to pay the overtime labor rate of $180.00 an hour, with 2 hour minimum, fuel fee, any and all parts and supplies needed to make repairs.
